What is a tap trailer?

The RAG Tap Trailer is a vintage 1960’s horse trailer turned party machine. She is equipped with 4 taps and plenty of space to keep kegs and other drinks cold inside. She’s the perfect addition to any party making your guest experience one to remember!

What does it cost?

Just like you, each event is unique and therefore requires a unique guest experience! Please submit an inquiry form and we can help create a custom quote for your event based on the services you are wanting! Don’t forget to ask about our introductory season pricing available for bookings all 2022!

Are you insured?

Yes! We are professionally licensed and insured!

Who purchases the alcohol?

Due to current NC laws and licensing, you are responsible for purchasing any and all alcoholic beverages for your event. We are happy to help you estimate by creating an alcohol purchasing guide. We can’t make any alcohol purchases for you or do cash bar events at this time.

Can we get just the trailer without the bartender?

Again, due to current NC laws and licensing, we are only able to do trailer only rentals under certain circumstances. If your caterer already offers bartending services or if your venue requires the use of their own bartenders we will be happy to reach out to them to see if they would qualify for our trailer only rental. How much alcohol do I need for my event?

Typical estimates are one drink per hour per guest, however this can vary if your guests are heavy or light drinkers, and can also depend on alcohol preferences. Each of our packages come with a custom alcohol purchasing guide created specifically for your party’s needs.

What kinds of other services do you offer?

We offer a frozen drink stand, a champagne wall rental, and a custom cocktail creation service. We also offer custom balloon garlands and decoration of those rentals based on your color scheme. We offer extra service hours and travel outside our 30mi radius for an extra fee. We offer trailer only rentals in certain qualifying situations.

What kinds of drinks can you tap?

If you can drink it chances are we can tap it! Obvious choices are craft and draft beers and ciders, but we can also tap seltzers, prosecco, premade mimosas, cold brew coffee, margaritas, and other mixed drinks. If you prefer a frozen drink we also offer a frozen drink machine and specialize in frozes or frozen margaritas, although we can make a frozen drink from just about anything if you have other preferences! If you prefer something non-alcoholic we can tap or freeze sodas and custom mocktails or punches!

What types of events do you do?

If its a party we’ll be there! We do weddings, bridal or baby showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, tailgates, graduations, homecomings, dinner parties, cocktail parties, the list goes on and on! We can only do open bar events, we cannot do not do cash bar events at this time.

How big is the trailer?

The RAG Tap Trailer is small but mighty! She’s 7ft tall x 8ft long x 6ft wide. She’ll fit through an opening at least 6 ft wide and 7 ft tall and requires a space that measures at least 17ft long from hitch to ramp for access to the cooler.
